I wasn't planning on making this video, but I figured I do some test to help those that do have the Sony a6300 and are deciding whether or not to update the firmware that Sony just released. I test out the new Sony a6300 firmware update which gives users the ability to enable Auto Pwr OFF Temp. This is a feature first found in the Sony a6500. However, this feature is now available on the Sony a6300 via firmware update v2.00. This expands the ability of the camera to record in 4k for much longer periods of time. This doesn't fix the a6300 overheating, however it does solve some of the shortcomings the sony a6300 has had with overheating.
